Using Magic Hats to Conquer Anxiety Attacks

Anxiety attack symptoms have played a major part in my past life, and one of the main reasons I started this blog was to offer my help and support to other people going through the same experiences I did.

It’s only during the last 12 months or so that I’ve really managed to conquer my anxiety and panic attacks, but I still suffer from the symptoms today – though fortunately not as often or as regular as I used to.
