I just wanted to add a few helpful suggestions to your list, other natural anxiety remedies to look into are St.John&#039;s Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan. There&#039;s also cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and programs like Panic Away and The Linden Method, to name a few. Hope this helps!</description>

I would also like to add the following tip.  Have a serious look at your current lifestyle in the areas of diet and exercise.

Are you getting enough fibre, fruit and vegetables in your current diet or are you consuming too much processed foods. Also are you getting daily exercise and drinking enough fluids. This goes to help your overall health, which includes your mental well-being and makes life&#039;s stresses easier to handle.</description>
