Anxiety is something that can be, and often is, experienced by everybody at some point in their lives.
First it is important to realize that everybody has anxiety. Anxiety is a first cousin of fear and it is the usual response to some anticipated danger or difficulty. There is hardly a person who won’t have anxiety if someone has a revolver against his head.
The bigger issues we need to address are when those anxiety symptoms become over powering and start to have a major affect on our lives.
My intention with my new blog is to share my experience in dealing with anxiety and panic attack symptoms that I’ve had in the past, and how to overcome them and get back to leading a normal and happy life.
I’m going to expose some of my inner most fears in the hope that you can draw strength from them, and realise that you’re not alone.
